K.S.Rangasamy College of Engineering (KSRCE) is an autonomous engineering college, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, near Thiruchengode, Tamil Nadu, south India. The foundation stone of the college was laid in 2001, by Lion Dr K. S. Rangasamy, the institution offers 14 undergraduate and 11 postgraduate programmes and draws students from every state in India.[3] It is a part of the KSR Group of Institutions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

At first, candidates need to register on the TNEA portal after which they have to be present for document verification on any of the TNEA Facilitation Centers (TFCs) along with their original documents and set of photocopies.

Applicants will be grouped on the basis of their rank and each group needs to participate in the TNEA counselling conducted by Anna University. There will be around 4-5 rounds of the counselling for which candidates have to login into the TNEA portal using his/her user ID and Password.

Students can apply for placement training starting from the fifth semester and they are eligible to undergo internship from the fourth semester itself. Over 150+ companies came to our college for placement. The average package per annum is 3 Lakhs.

The KSR College of Engineering placement cell is a unit that acts as an interface between the students and the corporate world. It organizes various training programmes, seminars, workshops, internships and campus interviews for the students. It also maintains a good relationship with the industries and invites them to recruit the students. The placement cell has achieved impressive records in terms of number of students placed and number of companies visiting the campus. Some of the companies that have visited the campus are Maventic, IVY Mobility, KAAR Technologies, ZUCI Systems, Aspire Systems, Virtusa, Cognizant, SL Lumax, etc.
